Session times
Our session times will be:
Breakfast Club: 7.45am - 9am (flexible drop off)
Morning Session: 9am – 12pm
Lunch Club: 12pm – 1pm
Afternoon Session: 1pm – 4pm
After school club: 4pm-5.45 (flexible pick up, subject to demand)

We appreciate that every child and every family is unique, so we aim to be as flexible as possible to meet your needs. Children are welcome to come for half days, full days or a mixture of the two. Children can be dropped off anytime from 7.45am for breakfast club, and our morning sessions have a flexi drop off from 9am-9.15am. We also offer flexible pick up times for those who would prefer to collect their children earlier in the afternoon.
Fees & Funding
We accept Early Years Funding as a means to fund all of our sessions, breakfast and lunch clubs. We accept Universal funding (15hours for 3 & 4 year olds) Funded 2 year olds (15 hours for 2 year olds receiving certain benefits) and Extended funding (Up to 30 hours funding for working parents). We also accept childcare vouchers and you can use your tax free childcare accounts with us.We know that it can be overwhelming looking into which funding your child can receive, and some funding needs to be applied for in advance, so if you have any questions or would like any help please do not hesitate to get in touch.
If you do not qualify for funding, or your child attends more hours than their funding covers, then you can pay for part or all of your fees rather than using funding. Please see the costs below:
2 year olds
£7.50 per hour
£22.50 per 3hr session (9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm)
£52.50 Full Day session (9am-4pm)
£7.50 to add on Breakfast or Lunch club
3 & 4 year olds
£6.50 per hour
£19.50 per 3hr session (9am-12pm or 1pm- 4pm)
£45.50 Full Day session (9am-4pm)
£6.50 to add on Breakfast or Lunch club
Consumables:
£1 per child per half day / £2 per child per full day
Consumables are a voluntary donation that help us to cover the cost of everyday essentials such as snack time food, and goes towards trips out and visiting groups and classes, such as baby ballet and zest dance. Please see our consumables policy for more information.
Meals
You can provide a packed lunch for your child, or we offer a hot lunch.
We use a company out of house that provide hot lunches to our setting every day, they pride themselves in using seasonal and locally grown produce.
Educatering is the company & they provide a 3 week menu with a meat, veggie, or potato option.
